Chat conversations may be used to improve the services of the National Archives. In addition, the conversations may be disclosed for scientific research purposes. Before use, names, addresses, and other identifying information provided during the conversation will be removed.
The feedback form will continue to be used. You can use it to contact us, for example, about your own orders and to report digitisation shortcomings, among other things. You can find the form at the top of both the Astia and our website.
